    TECHNICAL SECRETARIAT

    During the event, the Technical Secretariat will be located in the hall of the Building 1.

    • Thursday, September 8th from 10:00h to 13:00h and from 14:30h to 20:00h
    • Friday, September 9th from 9:00h to 13:00h and from 14:30h to 17:45h
    • Saturday, September 10th from 9:00h to 12:45h and from 14:00h to 16:30h

    REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENTATION DELIVERY

    Wednesday September 7th from 16:00h to 19:00h in the Hall of Building 1.
    Thursday September 8th from 8.00h to 10:00h in Building 37

    BADGE

    The organization will provide personalized documentation at the arrival of the attendees. Each participant will be given a badge that will grant access to the Conference Venue, sessions, coffees and lunches. Please wear your badge at all time and keep it visible.

    COFFEE BREAKS

    Coffees breaks will be served in the Hall of Building 1 around the Expo Area and posters panels place. 

    LUNCHES

    Lunches will take place in the cafeteria/restaurant at the campus, near Building 37. Please wear your badge at all time and keep it visible.

    CONGRESS DINNER

    The Congress Dinner will take place at Restaurante Hierbabuena, on Friday September 9th at 21:00h.

    The ticket of the dinner, which will be provided at the time of registration, must be shown at the entrance of the Restaurant. Buses will be available from selected points at Toledo city to the restaurant.

    COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION

    Commercial Exhibition will be located in Building 1.

    POSTER

    Posters will be located in Building 1.
  • ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS

    The oral (Lectures and oral contributions) session room will be equipped with PCs working under Windows XP with MS office 2003 and Adobe Reader installed (Other operating systems won’t be available). Users of MS Office 2007 must save and bring their presentation as compatible with MS office 2003. No slide or overhead projectors will be available. To save time, we do not suggest the use of your own laptop. Please, contact now the conference organization if you foresee any special requirement for your presentation.

    To save time, speakers are asked to bring their presentations in a flash memory to the conference staffs at least 2 hours before their talk. All the electronic presentations will be deleted after the related session.

    POSTER PRESENTATION

    The two poster sessions, will take place in the Building 1 (near the Exhibition Area). The posters must be displyed in the poster area at any time. The organisers will provide to the authors the necessary material to display their posters. All posters will be displayed in the corresponding panels.

    There will be two awards for two Ph.D. student poster presentations. The awards will be announced at the closing of the conference.

    The size of the poster will be 120 cm high and 80 cm wide.
    Note: the Organization assumes no responsibility for any damage to the exhibited posters. Posters that have not been removed by the end of the Conference will be destroyed.

    To access to the Venue, you have a bus public transport. The line with stop in CAMPUS FABRICA DE ARMAS is line 42 Zocodober-Calle Alemania (por Campus)
