The Organizing Committee has selected a number of hotels in different categories in main areas of Toledo- most of them conveniently located on major transportation routes and accessible by public transport.

Accommodation reserve can be made when completing the REGISTRATION ON LINE FORM. ACCOMMODATION GENERAL TERMS

Payment

The registration web page will link directly onto the payment website. Payment is required to complete accommodation reserve. Payment options include bank transfer and credit and debit cards. The payment website accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to the Technical Secretariat (Grupo Pacífico) by: Fax: +34 976 280 740 or e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new booking. Cancellations received up to February 29th 2016: full refund less 50 € for administrative costs. Cancellations received from March 1st 2016 to May 2nd: penalty of one night's hotel. No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 2nd 2016.
  • In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00 h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Congress.
